What we build.
Every project starts as a conversation, not a checklist. Below is a sense of the kinds of things we make — but we shape every program around the company we’re working with. If your need doesn’t fit neatly here, that’s usually a good sign.
We design and build custom software programs for companies that want a partner. We’re flexible by design — every engagement is shaped around your business, your team, and your customers.
Custom web platforms.
Modern web applications built to fit how your business actually runs. We don’t pull from a template library — we design every screen, every flow, and every piece of logic around your team’s real day-to-day.
It works for the company that needs a tool no one sells off the shelf.
“A claims dashboard our adjusters actually want to use, integrated with the four systems we already have.”
Mobile apps.
Apps that ship and stay supported. Whether your team is in the field, on the floor, or just out and about, we’ll build something that feels right in their hands.
We design every interaction around real use — including the messy stuff: bad signal, gloves on, a colleague yelling across the room.
“A driver-facing app that works offline, syncs when it can, and doesn’t make a tired person hunt for a button.”
AI & intelligent features.
We bring the latest in AI into your product — but only where it earns its place. We’re not interested in tacking on a chatbot for the sake of it. We’re interested in the moments where intelligence saves your team an hour, or a customer a headache.
If you’re curious about what’s possible, we’ll spend an afternoon with you exploring it — no commitment.
“A search that actually understands what our customers are asking, even when they don’t quite know themselves.”
The systems behind it all.
The plumbing that no one sees, but everyone depends on. We build the backends, integrations, and infrastructure that keep modern software running quietly — so your team can focus on the work, not the wiring.
Already have a system? We’re happy to slot in alongside what you have, instead of asking you to start over.
“Connect our 12-year-old order system to our new portal, without rewriting either of them.”
Strategy & partnership.
Not every engagement is a build. Sometimes you just need someone thoughtful in the room — to look at what you have, ask the right questions, and help you decide what to do next.
We offer short discovery engagements, technical audits, and ongoing advisory relationships for teams that want our brain on call.
“We’re about to spend a lot of money. Tell us if we’re spending it on the right thing.”
A studio that adapts.
The answers to the things most people ask first.
If yours isn’t here, send it over — we always reply.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, timeline, and how involved we are. Some engagements are a few weeks; others run for years. We’ll always give you a clear estimate after our first conversation, and we don’t believe in surprise invoices.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few weeks. We deliberately keep our roster small so we can give every client real attention — which means we sometimes have a short waitlist. Reach out and we’ll be honest about timing.
Will you work with our existing team?
Absolutely. We integrate however it works best — embedded, alongside, or fully owning a piece of the work. We’ve been the whole team and we’ve been one engineer in someone else’s stand-up. Both work.
Who owns the work when it’s done?
It depends on the engagement. For most custom builds, the code, infrastructure, and documentation transfer to you. For some products — especially subscription-based or shared platforms — we retain ownership and you license what you need. We’ll always be clear about the model up front, and you’ll never be surprised at the end.
What if our needs change mid-project?
That happens — and we plan for it. Our engagements are deliberately flexible: we work in short cycles, check in often, and adjust direction with you. You’re not signing up to a 12-month plan you can’t change.
Do you only do new builds?
Not at all. A lot of our work is helping teams improve, modernize, or extend something they already have. If you’ve got a system that mostly works but needs care, we’re a good fit.
Have a project in mind?
The first conversation is always free, always with a real person from our team, and never a sales pitch. Tell us what you’re working on — we’ll tell you whether we can help.
We read every email — and reply ourselves.
